HealthCalc India provides free, browser-based health calculators designed for Indian users. Calculators include BMI, ideal weight, calorie and TDEE, diabetes risk, PCOS symptom risk assessment, period tracker, and water intake. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

2. Medical Disclaimer — Please Read Carefully

The calculators and content on HealthCalc India are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment recommendations.

Specifically:

• Calculator results are based on published population averages and validated scoring models. They may not reflect your individual health situation accurately.
